Smart Industry Hot Tickets

DES MOINES, IA -- Now available from Smart Industries is Hot Tickets, a versatile redemption game that challenges players to lower a plunger vertically into one of 10 holes staggered across a horizontal playfield.

Movement of the plunger is controlled by a joystick, and a successful drop is rewarded with tickets. Each hole may be programmed for different values, up to a 995-ducat jackpot.

Hot Tickets is supplied with a Happ double coin mechanism, and is designed to accept any of a number of bill validators. The high-security steel console is fitted with tempered safety glass, a locking coinbox and steel security padlock tabs; it is designed to be highly tamper-resistant and coat-hanger proof. Rope lights and an interactive sound system call attention to the game.

Manufactured in the United States, Hot Tickets is equipped with Smart Industries' 7th-generation microprocessor-based game board and an LED credit and timer display. It measures 48" wide x 32" deep x 75" high, and weighs 520 lbs.

Options include a variety of payment systems, including bill validators with 300- or 500-note stackers from Pyramid, ICT and MEI, U.S. and Canadian validators with 500-note stackers from Coin Acceptors, and a coin mech that accommodates Canada's $1 and $2 "looney" and "twoney" pieces. A pushbutton control is also available, as is a 220-VAC transformer. The game is covered by a three-year limited warranty.

Hot Tickets was previewed at this spring's Amusement Expo in Las Vegas, and is now shipping.
