EFFINGHAM, IL — SMART Software reports that it has relocated to larger quarters here. The new office space enlarges the company's office footprint to support its growth strategy.

SMART (the name is short for Service Management And Route Tracking) reports that it enjoyed 100% growth last year, and anticipates doing at least as well in 2018.

The newly remodeled, larger space, located at 1300 S. Rainey St., is across the street (Mansfield Drive) from the site of  SMART's previous headquarters. The larger quarters allow for additional hiring across all departments.

"SMART's rapid growth in the automated teller machine, amusement and gaming spaces, coupled with expanding influence in various field service-related markets, has led to our expansion into this new office," said SMART Software owner Bob Willenborg.

Many customers from a wide variety of  industries benefit from deploying  SMART Software, the company reported. Global Games chief executive officer Shawn Fellows, a long-time SMART Software user, mentioned some of the ways it has benefited his company. "From the high level of detail provided, to the reports, to the easy-to-follow instructions, the system works beyond all of our expectations," he said. "We have been able to identify areas to increase efficiency, reduce time, cut waste and minimize inventory loss."

Last year, SMART completed a thorough brand refresh, doubled its staff and  its clientele, and released a number of powerful new features to its suite of software products.  Moreover, the thriving company has entered several new markets including convenience store chains, oil companies, entertainment companies and several others.

For more than 20 years, SMART has provided a premium service management system for all types of service companies. In addition, it has developed industry-leading components, highly specialized for amusement, gaming and ATM operators.  Its watchword is: "Organize your business, so you can focus on growing your business."
