Sacoa Brings Zodiac Console, Mobile App To 2019 Amusement Expo

LAS VEGAS, NV -- The latest enhancements to Sacoa's popular POS system will be on display at this year's Amusement Expo International here. The trade show opens on Wednesday, March 27, and Sacoa will spotlight its player- and manager-friendly tools in Booth #122.

Front and center at the Sacoa exhibit will be the Mobile App, which enables registered guests at a facility to check their Playcard balances, take advantage of special offers, use their credit-cards to pay online and accumulate reward points. The app also provides store details, including the map location; direct telephone dialing, online party booking capability and a website link.

Sacoa's mobile app incorporates "push" notification capability that allows operators to keep their customers up to date on promotions and location news, and it can be branded, to provide the operator's or location's own distinctive look and feel. Mobile App is available for Apple iOS and Android operating systems.

Also attracting attention in the Sacoa booth will be the Zodiac administrative console, a web-based configuration tool. Accessible through a browser running on a desktop or mobile computer, tablet or smartphone, the multilingual tool enables a manager to reconfigure game pricing, POS and mPOS products, buttons and security, and to keep track of product inventory.

Zodiac also provides system maintenance and reporting tools, including a trouble-shooting wizard with video tutorials, a system health monitor, game controller enabling and disabling, and access control. The tool also provides for card "roaming" and search, as well as access to sales and collection reports.
