KING OF PRUSSIA, PA -- Quench, a leading provider of filtered water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers and coffee brewers for businesses across the U.S. and Canada, has acquired Aguaman Inc., a point-of-use water filtration company based in Miami, FL.

Headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, Quench, an operating segment of AquaVenture Holdings Ltd., says it has sales and service operations across North America that serve 50,000-plus customers.

This acquisition is reportedly Quench’s 10th since the beginning of 2018 and adds approximately 900 customers, growing its customer base by more than 50% in the South Florida market.

“We are excited to announce the acquisition of Aguaman in the high-growth south Florida market,” said Quench chief operative officer Todd Peterson. “Aguaman was a dealer of Bluline, the South Florida-based water cooler distributor we acquired in December of 2018. Our ability to provide exit opportunities to our extensive network of independent dealers is a meaningful differentiator for Quench and supports our inorganic growth strategy.”

AquaVenture Holdings is composed of two operating platforms: Quench, and Seven Seas Water, a multinational provider of desalination and wastewater treatment solutions, providing more than 8.5 billion gallons of potable, high-purity industrial grade and ultra-pure water per year to governmental, municipal, industrial and hospitality customers.
