Promotion In Motion Names Two Vice Presidents And A Purchasing Director

Promotion in Motion, vending ALLENDALE, NJ -- The Promotion In Motion Cos. has announced three appointments to the management team.

Jose Sepulveda is named vice president of manufacturing. Born and educated in Chile, Sepulveda brings extensive experience in starch-molded confection manufacturing to his new post. He is a former vice president of manufacturing for the Jelly Belly Candy Co. (N. Chicago) and also has served with Supplement Sciences and Gimbals Fine Confections, among others.

Kevin Walsh is appointed vice president of engineering. He brings more than 20 years' experience in the manufacture and packaging of confections, including fruit snacks and chocolate, and has served as director of engineering for Farley's and Sathers Candy Co. (Round Lake, MN). Prior to that, he had been senior engineering manager for Nabisco Inc. and Kraft Foods.

Sepulveda and Walsh will be based at the company's Somerset, NJ manufacturing facility.

Kevin Mahoney has joined Promotion In Motion as director of purchasing. Most recently, he was senior manager, strategic sourcing with Weight Watchers International (New York City); he also has held management-level purchasing posts with Dale and Thomas Popcorn and Dunkin Brands Inc. He is based at PIM's corporate headquarters here.
