Promotion In Motion Adds Senior Executives

CLOSTER, NJ -- Promotion in Motion has added four senior executives to its leadership team.

Charlean Gmunder has joined the candy manufacturer as vice-president of manufacturing. She most recently served as vice-president of operations for Premio Foods. She spent two decades working for the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co.

Promotion In Motion has named Keith Von Zup vice-president of sales for national accounts. He will spearhead the company's growth efforts with select major U.S. national accounts and manage its grocery business in the Midwest. Von Zup has more than 25 years of experience in sales roles with major confectionary companies. He joined the company from Just Born after spending two decades at M&M/Mars.

Paul Klutes has been appointed Promotion in Motion's vice-president of sales for national accounts. He will be responsible for targeting growth efforts with major national accounts in the U.S. and the company's lead sales efforts in Canada. He brings 25 years of sales and marketing experience from Coca-Cola, Veryfine and Welch's, and most recently CH Robinson, a large produce supply company.

David Fleischer has joined the Closter, NJ, candy company as vice-president of trade relations. He will manage relationships with key industry and trade groups, including the National Automatic Merchandising Association, National Candy Association and National Association of Convenience Stores. His responsibilities will include devising and refining trade strategy and programs, along with strategies to increase sales in all trade channels. Fleischer has more than 30 years of sales experience in the candy and confectionary industry. His background includes positions with Adams, Cadbury and, most recently, Kraft Foods.
