Paul Novick Joins Betson As Vice-President Of Sales And Sales Operations

CARLSTADT, NJ -- Betson Enterprises has appointed Paul Novick vice-president of sales and sales operations. He will oversee critical planning to maximize sales performance. His responsibilities will include sales process optimization, sales training and sales program implementation.

Novick comes to Betson from Kärcher North America (Denver), where he spent the past five years leading sales and sales management training as leader of the company's customization and launch team. He facilitated, created and developed training programs for direct, account management, customer service and distribution sales as well as sales management personnel, and provided ongoing training for Kärcher's CRM program. Prior to that, he held senior management positions with leading companies including Cendant, Realogy, AIG and Marriott.
