SAN ANTONIO, TX -- Parlevel Systems reports that its vending management software now can transfer data directly into Quickbooks accounting and bookkeeping software. According to Parlevel, this integration does away with the need to export financial data from its VMS into the popular Quickbooks accounting package. This helps vending, micromarket and office refreshment services operators save time, increase visibility and simplify their bookkeeping practices.

Parlevel's VMS remotely monitors vending machines, micro markets, and office coffee / drop off invoices and automatically generates precise numbers regarding revenues, taxes, commissions, cost of goods sold, and more. Operators can manage these financials solely inside Parlevel's VMS or choose to send this data to Quickbooks automatically.

"An integration with Quickbooks has been one of our most requested features" said Ashley Reno, Parlevel's director of software. "This release will help ease a common pain felt by vending, coffee, and micro market operators. Simplifying accounting and bookkeeping processes is yet another checkpoint in the Parlevel mission to help operators accomplish their goals and run successful businesses."

The integration works with both desktop and cloud versions of Quickbooks software, providing similar capabilities. Parlevel added that further integrations with popular software are planned. These updates will help operators combine Parlevel's VMS with other powerful tools to spend less, sell more, and gain control over their operations.
