KAYSVILLE, UT -- ATM connectivity provider OptConnect has announced a  partnership with Systech Corp.  Systech is an industry-leading "Internet of Things" (IoT) hardware and software manufacturing company based in San Diego, CA.

The new partnership combines OptConnect's expertise in fully managed wireless solutions with Systech's skill at manufacturing wireless routers and cellular gateways. The agreement creates a program that enables Systech to extend fully managed wireless connectivity to its current hardware-only customers. Systech's proven hardware solutions have been incorporated into OptConnect's solution since 2009.

"This official partnership will allow for greater integration between our companies," said OptConnect president Chris Baird. "We are excited to work more closely together while providing a managed wireless solution for existing Systech customers."

The partnership creates a single-source solution for Systech's customers, including hardware, management software, data and customer support, all based in the United States. Customers have the ability to choose between equipment rental or purchase. They then will be able simply to "plug and play" for instant Internet connectivity.

"We are excited to offer a managed wireless solution to our existing customer base," said Systech marketing and business development vice-president Robert Lutz.  "This partnership gives our customers greater flexibility to continue to purchase the best hardware technology in the market and pair it with industry-leading connectivity and support."

Systech Corp., established in 1981, is an industry leader in network conversion gateways, servers and switches, supporting a wide variety of interfaces. Systech brings network connectivity to Internet Protocol  and non-IP-based systems for a wide variety of applications including ATMs, point-of-sale automation, vending, remote electronic signage, building automation and security, and remote monitoring.  The company has produced more than a million gateways.

OptConnect is an industry leader in the managed wireless connectivity industry and North America' largest provider of connectivity to automated teller machines. Its principal IoT markets include not only ATMs but also self-service kiosks, micromarkets and digital signage.
