PHILADELPHIA -- Coffee Summit 2013 will run Oct. 2-4 at the Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing here.

Highlights of the three-day educational conference sponsored by the National Coffee Association include a presentation entitled "Single-Cup One Year Later," by global beverage strategist Ross Colbert of Rabobank Group, and "Coffee Sustainability: What Is It? Who Defines It? & Why Is It Important?" by Tracy Ging of S&D Coffee & Tea.

The National Coffee Association was founded in 1911. It was the first association for the U.S. coffee industry, and one of the oldest trade groups in the country. Its membership comprises coffee growers, roasters, retailers, importers and exporters and wholesalers.

NCA's 2014 annual convention will be held March 20 to 22 at the Ritz-Carlton in New Orleans.
