CHICAGO -- The National Automatic Merchandising Association announced the debut of NAMA TV, or NTV, as a vehicle to communicate with the vending industry. NTV spots will be sent directly to NAMA members and stakeholders, and will be queued at NAMA's homepage,

"The goal of NTV is to engage with members in a fun, new way," said NAMA vice-president of marketing and public relations Roni Moore. "We're working to enhance the members' sense of community and to add value. Finally, this is another manifestation of NAMA Now -- our new brand and new vision for how NAMA does business."

NAMA senior marketing and communications manager Kelly Doherty, who helped direct filming and editing, rounds out the NTV team, using her broadcast skills acquired while working on CNBC's "American Greed" series.

With PepsiCo as the inaugural NTV sponsor, the vignettes will be unveiled in a cascading fashion, with the first two focusing on the upcoming NAMA Fly-In industry advocacy event in Washington, DC, in July.
