CHICAGO -- The National Automatic Merchandising Association has announced the availability of a second hotel to participants in its annual legislative advocacy conference in Washington, DC. Le Meridien (Arlington, VA) has a limited number of rooms available through June 29, at a rate of $149 plus tax. Le Meridien is located within walking distance of the Rosslyn Metro Station.

"We're eager to welcome as many participants as possible to join the nearly 240 convenience services colleagues at the Fly-In.," said NAMA legislative affairs director Jason Eberstein. "Le Meridien is a high-value option, along with the headquarters hotel, The Fairmont.

"Either way, Fly-In participants will have a very positive experience," Eberstein predicted. "Together, we can do much more work, with greater meaning and benefit for all."

The 2018 NAMA Fly-In is scheduled for July 24 and 25. Registration for the Fly-In is free for NAMA members; family members and colleagues are invited. Click here for room reservation details.

The association noted that transportation on the Washington Metro is recommended for Le Meridien guests. Travel time on the metro to the Capitol is an estimated 30 minutes; to the Fairmont Hotel, an estimated 20 minutes. A SmarTrip farecard is required.
