LOUISVILLE, KY -- The Kentucky Automatic Merchandising Council has planned an informative and fun-filled program for its annual meeting, taking place from June 25 to 27 at Dale Hollow Lake State Resort Park in Burkesville, KY.

Golfers can hit the greens on Friday morning beginning at 8 a.m. and are encouraged to contact the Dale Hollow Golf Course at (800) 325-2282 to set up tee times. The rest of the day is open for meeting-goers and their families to enjoy the resort's leisure time activities, including horseback riding, swimming, boating, fishing, tennis, cave trips, shuffleboard and hiking.

KAMC members will gather for a family dinner at 6 p.m. An after-dinner reception will be held from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Saturday's agenda begins with a board of governor's meeting at 8 a.m., followed by the annual membership meeting. Excelso Coffee's Geoff Paul, the 2010 Southeastern Vending Association chairman and a National Automatic Merchandising Association board member, will provide an overview of the benefits of SEVA membership and inform members about legislative issues facing the industry and the efforts the state council and NAMA are making on its behalf.

The KAMC board will also solicit member feedback to determine whether the Kentucky association should plan a legislative day for 2011, and weigh the pros and cons of its combining with neighboring state associations.

Business wraps up early to allow members and their families time to enjoy the resort amenities. A cookout beginning at 6 p.m. and KAMC's second annual cornhole tournament (similar to a bean bag toss) wrap up the festivities.

Convention registration fees are $100 for one adult and $40 per child. Room reservations can be made at (800) 325-2282.
