International Restaurant And Foodservice Show Of New York Will Spotlight Emerging Trends

NEW YORK CITY -- The 25th annual International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York will be held Sunday, Mar. 4 through Tuesday, Mar. 6 at the the Jacob K. Javits Center here.

More than 16,000 restaurant and foodservice professionals are expected to attend the event, which is sponsored by the New York State Restaurant Association, which will feature 500-plus exhibitors.

This year's show will feature several expanded areas including the Food Trends Experience, the place to see, taste, discover and learn about new culinary innovations. The Taste NY & Craft Beverage Showcase will give showgoers a chance to preview local products from New York farms and growers. The new Healthy Pavilion will feature the latest in gluten-free, organic and other better-for-you products.

The education program includes more than 40 sessions across four tracks: Marketing and Social Media, Operational Excellence, Hot Trends and Building Winning Teams.
