Intercard Appoints Isabelle Sherrillo To Customer Advocate Position

ST. LOUIS, MO -- Louise Sherrillo has joined the Intercard service team as customer advocate. In this position, she will provide "concierge service," overseeing the company's handling of service requests from its clients. She also will assist customers in preparing for their Intercard system installations, and following up after the job is finished.

A native of Fortaleza in northeastern Brazil, Sherrillo speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish. She moved from Brazil to St. Louis to earn a master's degree in information technology management at Webster University. She holds an undergraduate degree in business administration and an MBA in marketing from the Universidade de Fortaleza.

Sherrillo is expert in customer service and the resolution of complex service issues. She comes to Intercard from U.S. Bank (St. Louis), where she was a relationship manager in the mortgage department. She previously had served on the customer operations team at Mastercard (O'Fallon, MO). An ardent volleyball player, she participates in several annual tournaments.
