Ideal Unveils WorkerBee Cloud-Based Route Management Software

Ideal Software, Ideal WorkerBee MERIDIAN, MS -- New from Ideal Software Systems is a game and route management suite offered as hosted "software as a service" and designed for use on mobile devices or desktop computers. Ideal WorkerBee is a cloud-based management system that gives game operators an easy way to enter data and access their game revenue and performance reports from a smartphone or computer. It is a tiered solution, designed to grow with a business's needs by offering multiple levels of affordable reporting and monitoring to accommodate evolving requirements.

Ideal WorkerBee initially offers two product tiers that offer game operators cash control, efficiency and accuracy in reporting. Ideal WorkerBee's game-tracking feature allows operators to input machine data to the cloud through a smartphone or tablet for storage, reporting, forecasting and more. It delivers real-time information on games wirelessly, at any hour of the day or night.

David Goldman, founder and president of Ideal Software Systems, observed that the product is suitable for use by owners and managers of small and large operations alike. "As a scalable solution, WorkerBee meets the needs of all operators, whether they choose to simply enter and report on games or opt for the electronic monitoring solution," he explained.

The system also is designed to improve accuracy with technology that electronically identifies games by use of a smartphone, tablet or computer, allowing managers and route personnel to collect game data swiftly. The cloud server makes it easy to access Ideal's reporting engine, which has reporting options for game performance and maintenance history, as well as location history.

Operators who want fully active monitoring can deploy Ideal WorkerBee in place of manual data entry, electronically reporting game performance data directly to the cloud and so enabling real-time and scheduled reporting. Operator-selectable features include automatic alerts for such user-defined events as service issues, revenue below target and failure to report, among other occurrences.
