TOMS RIVER, NJ -- Pinnacle Entertainment Group LLC has recruited Howard McAuliffe as a partner, according to an announcement by PEG founder George McAuliffe. Howard McAuliffe has 20 years' experience in the amusement industry's operations and supply sides.

"I'm delighted both personally and professionally to have had Howard choose Pinnacle from among several other opportunities," said George McAuliffe, who is also the new partner's father. "He shares our client-first values and is an innovative thinker. We'll be able to leverage his creativity and experience on behalf of our clients."

The younger McAullife began his career in 1996 with the original Pinnacle Entertainment Group, an operation servicing equipment in cinemas, supermarkets and other high-traffic retail locations, including Walmarts. He assisted in the development and operations of PEG's family entertainment centers, expanding his expertise to the integration of FECs with bowling, ice-skating rinks and other recreational attractions. Most recently, he led HIP Prizes, Redemption Plus's crane and merchandiser product division.

In other news, Pinnacle has enlisted Embed (Dallas) and Shaffer Distributing Co. (Columbus, OH) as strategic clients, which qualify for PEG's full resources available to new developers of gamerooms and FEC attractions. Lenexa, KS-based Redemption Plus became the first strategic client, following the separation of the two companies; PEG's predecessor, Pinnacle Entertainment Advisors, was part of Redemption Plus for 18 years before they separated in April. | SEE STORY

"We've now formalized the team approach with Embed, Redemption Plus and Shaffer, and have everything developers need to hit the ground running, converting 'lookers' into regular players from day one," George McAuliffe said. The three strategic clients provide the main ingredients for a successful gameroom installation: debit card systems (Embed), games (Shaffer) and merchandise (Redemption Plus).
