United States citizens planning to attend this year's Coffee, Tea & Water conference in Nashville should apply for absentee ballots ASAP, if they haven't already, if they plan on voting in this year's presidential election. Election Day -- Tuesday, Nov. 8 -- falls in the week of the National Automatic Merchandising Association's annual CTW meeting.

Once again, the International Bottled Water Association is holding its annual business conference and tradeshow in parallel with NAMA's conference. The collocated events will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Conference Center. Both events begin on Nov. 7; NAMA's closes on Nov. 10, while IBWA's ends on Nov. 11. IBWA's registration fee includes access to all NAMA events.

IBWA notes that the League of Women Voters election website provides specific voting requirements for each state with regard to national, state and local elections.
