Growing Roster Of USAT Customers Add Cantaloupe's Seed Pro, Office To ePort Connect Services

MALVERN, PA -- USA Technologies Inc. said 16 of its customers have signed agreements during its fiscal quarter ended Dec. 31 to adopt one or more of the performance optimization elements of USAT's newly acquired end-to-end enterprise services from Cantaloupe Systems -- Seed Pro, SeedSync and Seed Office.

USAT completed its acquisition of Cantaloupe Systems in November, adding logistics, dynamic route scheduling, automated pre-kitting, responsive merchandising, inventory management, warehouse and accounting management to its existing portfolio of cashless payment, loyalty and consumer engagement services. USAT said Berkshire Foods (Danbury, CT), Team Modern (Somerset, KY) and Downey Vendors (Bell Gardens, CA) have all signed agreements to add the analytics software into their existing USAT ePort Connect cashless payment services to improve efficiency, achieve scalability, and maximize the investment they have already made in USAT's market-leading ePort Connect platform.

The news comes on the heels of USAT's December announcement that Canteen franchisees Southern Vending (Ardmore, OK), RDS Vending LLC (Norristown, PA) and Miami Vending Machines (Miami, FL) would adopt Seed Pro and Seed Office services.
