KANSAS CITY, KS -- Entertainment Experts LLC (E2) said it has purchased Armour One Amusements, strengthening its acquisitions and growth plans. Based here, Armour One has served locations in Kansas and Missouri for 35 years. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Entertainment Experts is a multistate amusement machine operation started in 2010. The founding partners of the operation, also known as E2, are Jason Rubin of Baltimore's AJ and Gary S. Cohen and Matt Pascal of Denver's Amusement Vending. They manage E2 East and E2 West, respectively.

An E2 spokesman said that Armour One "fits very well into the E2 geographic footprint, and will be a springboard for more Midwest growth." He said that E2 will maintain Armour One's Kansas City office and staff members.

E2 operates one of the biggest coin machine street routes in the U.S. It's said to be the single largest operator of jukeboxes and Golden Tee Golf videogames.

Armour One is E3's 21st acquisition. The company reportedly is seeking to acquire more amusement routes, of all sizes. For more information, contact E2's chief financial and acquisitions officer, Gary Cohen, at (303)-287 2667 or gary@e2amusements.com.
