Embed Unveils Insight Success Client Training Program

DALLAS -- Helix Leisure's Embed subsidiary said it has bolstered its customer support capabilities with the new Insight Success program, which organizes an experienced team to assist clients.

Embed produces point-of-sale solutions for the amusement industry, built around advanced debit-card technology and operating software. It maintains offices in the U.S., UAE, UK, Singapore and Australia. Embed Insight Success is designed to give customers the knowledge they need to simplify day-to-day operations and to make full use of their Embed systems.

Lauren Carlyle, Diana Kim and Kara Anderson comprise the first Insight team. Embed reports that, with their backgrounds in FEC operations, teaching and staff training, they are specialists at delivering essential information in ways that are fun, dynamic and easy to understand.

The new team specializes in Embed's latest toolkit, delivered in the context of live training, scheduled webinars, on-demand videos and tutorials. Customers will find these resources laid out at the new Insight Success website, the round-the-clock availability of which enables research and study into topics extending from daily activities to more specialized functions.
