SHANGHAI, China — The 16th China International Self-Service, Kiosk and Vending Show is set for April 16 through 28, 2019 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center here. The show's organizers estimate that more than 100,000 buyers will attend the event.

The 16th annual staging of the China International Self-Service, Kiosk and Vending Show ("CVS" for short) is expected to continue the steady growth of previous expositions. CVS 2018, held this spring, attracted more than  500 exhibitors.

"For 2019 we will build on this unprecedented success by expanding to two exhibiting halls, allowing us to maximite the display area for the growing trend in smart retail," the planners explained.

In addition, next year's show will be co-located with the China International Facility Management Expo (CFME) and China Clean Expo (CCE). This proximity will offer exhibitors an international audience of cross-industry buyers.

CVS2019 promises three high-end industry summits and forums at which industry leaders will analyze the fast-changing retail sector. These idea exchange sessions are the Shanghai International Smart Retailing Summit,  Shanghai International Smart Retailing Operations Conference and Shanghai Global Self-service Kiosk Industry Summit.

In addition, keynote speakers will share their insights on emerging trends, innovations and customer experiences to help businesses achieve greater success.

Exhibits will include vending and coffee-brewing equipment, machine accessories, self-service equipment, components and spare parts as well as currency recognition systems, self-service terminals and solutions, payment systems, mobile payment terminal equipment, and products  including vended beverages, coffee and foods. Remote data monitoring and other advanced management tools also will be on display, and a wide range of services will be demonstrated and described.

In the wake of the success of CVS 2018, and reflecting the worldwide upswing in vending automation, more than 50% of the available exhibit space already has been reserved, seven months in advance of opening day. Moreover, CVS2019 planners have extended an "early bird" savings offer to prospective exhibitors; it is valid through September 30th of this year.
