GENEVA, WI -- The Club Lucky Group has announced plans for a Preferred Vendor Event, which will be held in conjunction with the organization's annual membership meeting in Geneva, WI. The bash is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 22, at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. It will begin with a cocktail hour and culminate in a sumptuous buffet dinner with ample opportunity for interaction with industry leaders.

Manufacturers and suppliers interested in attending the event may email Kim Lykins at kim@clubluckygroup.com (or jasonr@ajvideoamusements.com). All leading coin-op manufacturers and suppliers are invited, but space is limited.

The Club Lucky Group LLC is an association of 35 amusement companies who provide representation in every large U.S. market. Its principal activity is conducting national tournaments and contests with substantial prizes. The group describes its associates as respected members of their regional business communities, who are committed to operating the best, most appropriate music and amusements equipment. Their primary emphasis is on tavern and restaurant accounts.

Founded in 2006 at a meeting held in the restaurant from which it took its name, Club Lucky now serves more than 7,000 locations, from bars to bowling centers. Its members collectively spend more than $75 million annually on games and music equipment, parts, products and services, and have more than 40,000 pieces "on the street."

The group's eight charter members include Matt Pascal, JE&S Video (Louisville, CO); Larry Elbert, Camden Amusement (Cedar Rapids, IA); Jeff and Kama Reed, B.J. Novelty (Louisville, KY); Jason Rubin, A.J. Video Amusements (Baltimore, MD); Matt Verdura, Full Spectrum Vending (Sterling Heights, MI); Tim Zahn, American Amusement Arcades (Bloomington, MN); Bill Lethert, Mendota Valley Amusement (Maple Grove, MN) and Larry Lindelow, Vending Resources (Houston, TX ).

In 2008, Club Lucky member companies awarded more than $500,000 in prizes through the largest operator- based national tournament program in the country. The organization's size and geographic range allows it to specialize in serving national accounts.
