RICHLAND HILLS, TX -- Three years ago, entrepreneur Kelye Stites began an acquisition program that would merge the assets of several leading recreational product manufacturers.

In May 2009, a limited partnership led by Stites, who already owned Champion Shuffleboard Ltd., acquired Valley-Dynamo LLC, a division of Brunswick Corp. And one year ago, he acquired Connelly Billiards from Arizona's Southwest Billiard Manufacturing.

On the eve of the three-year anniversary of the Valley-Dynamo acquisition, Stites announced that the move of all his table game holdings into a newly purchased 169,000-sq.ft. building has started. The move is expected to conclude during the summer; the new location remains in Richland Hills, TX.

"Not only does this improve our communication and give us more room for current production," Stites said, "but we now have space for future expansion and additional acquisitions as economic conditions improve."

The new facility will build and ship pool, foosball, shuffle and air hockey tables under the Champion, Connelly, Valley, Dynamo and Tornado names for the coin-op and home markets. All lines will be fully assembled in the new plant, which will also house operations for Sun-Glo accessories and Valley-Dynamo parts.

"Products can be manufactured in the same facility and shipped from the same dock in a single pickup," Stites explained.
