CARLSTADT, NJ -- Betson Enterprises reports that it has strengthened its partnership with Cafection Ventures (Québec, QC, Canada) by assuming responsibility for the distribution of all parts for Evoca equipment in the United States. Cafection is a member of the international Evoca Group through a joint venture announced two years ago.

Betson has distributed, and provided nationwide U.S. support for, Cafection's office refreshment service equipment and accessories for the past eight years. The two companies bolstered their relationship by implementing a wider range of joint marketing support, including trade show participation, in January of this year. Click here to read more.

In addition to supporting Cafection, Betson now has expanded its product lineup to distribute parts in the U.S. for the wider Evoca line, including Necta, Saeco and Wittenborg brewers.

“Betson has been working and solidifying our relationship with Cafection since 2011,” said Betson Imperial Parts & Service president Richard Zayas-Bazan. “As the exclusive parts distributor for Cafection in the U.S., parts distribution to support the Evoca family of brands was a natural extension. We have been growing our relationship supporting Cafection over the years, and we are proud to provide that same high level of service and parts distribution to Evoca. We have the scale and infrastructure to support Cafection/Evoca, along with our customers getting the right parts in the easiest way possible.”

Customers now can order Cafection/Evoca parts in a number of ways: by visiting www.betsonparts.com, calling (800) 828-2048, or emailing to orders@betson.com.

Founded in 1934, Betson has long been a leader in providing profitable solutions to the convenience services and location-based entertainment industries. Its comprehensive product line includes vending, coffee service and micromarket equipment, amusement games, parts and billiards, available through the company’s nationwide network of sales and distribution offices.

Betson Imperial Parts & Service provides real-time service and on-time shipping of parts and accessories for vending, office coffee service, arcade games, monitors and more. It offers speedy access to thousands of parts, with more than $8 million in inventory, and so is well-positioned to assist in servicing a wide range of equipment quickly.

Cafection Enterprises was founded in 1996 by long-time Canadian coffee service operators Yves Baron and his wife. Their son, Frank Baron, assumed leadership of the company in 2011.

Evoca was formed in December 2017 as a major rebranding of international industry leader N&W Global Vending. It represents the integration of seven global coffee machine manufacturers, incorporating pioneer vending machine manufacturers Wittenborg, founded in Odense, Denmark in 1924, and Necta (originally Zanussi), established in Valbembro, Italy in 1968. They merged into N&W Global in 2000.

Over the years, the Group has expanded organically and through acquisitions, including most recently Saeco and Gaggia professional coffee equipment (now SaGa Coffee) and Ducale, and the joint venture with Cafection Enterprises, the leading producer of bean-to-cup brewers for the OCS market in North America.
