Beverage-Air Unveils Versa-Cool Portable Refrigerated Storage Unit

Versa-Cool, vending WINSTON-SALEM, NC -- Beverage-Air's new portable cooler collapses for transport. Called Versa-Cool, the flexible foodservice refrigeration solution measures 48" wide by 48" deep by 30" high when folded and expands to 6-1/2-ft. high when set up for use. It weighs 300 lbs.

Designed for use as a temporary refrigeration station to support food truck operations and other mobile or temporary foodservice facilities, Versa-Cool provides 105 cubic feet of cold storage space and maintains a temperature of 36°F to 40°F. It can fit into the bed of a pickup truck when folded, and has a diamond tread non-slip floor that will support up to 1,000 lbs. of product.

Designed to be set up or taken down in under 10 minutes, the Versa-Cool is powered from a standard 115V./15A. electrical outlet. A video showing the appliance and its setup procedure is available at
