Betson Promotes Quaiver To COO, Seibert To Senior Operations VP

CARLSTADT, NJ — Glenn Quaiver has been promoted to the post of chief operating officer at H. Betti Industries, according to an announcement by president Bob Geschine. Quaiver had been senior vice-president of operations.

In his new post, Quaiver will be responsible for the operational excellence of all three divisions of H. Betti Industries: Betson Enterprises, Imperial International and Betson Imperial Parts.  His duties include developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs); identification and implementation of relevant revenue growth opportunities; and all operational functions, including inventory management, purchasing, warehousing and human resource. He will be involved in all strategic planning for H. Betti Industries, Inc.

Also advancing to a post of greater responsibility is Bill Seibert, who succeeds Quaiver as senior vice-president of operations, Seibert has been with H. Betti Industries for 32 years, most recently as vice- president of operations.

In his new role, Seibert will be responsible for leading continuous operational improvement projects across all facilities and divisions. He will support new capital projects and innovations focused on driving revenue growth and cost reduction across all facility operations, and provide operational leadership in analyzing and appraising the effectiveness of the organization’s day-to-day operations.
