ORLANDO, FL -- Betson Enterprises got its new distribution facility here off to a rousing start with a grand opening extravaganza.

The event featured an open house and equipment show, commencing with a ribbon-cutting ceremony conducted by the executive management team and the entire Florida staff. An "ol' Southern" barbecue lunch followed, and a festive happy hour climaxed the first day's activities. Operators representing more than 50 companies took part in the festivities.

The following day, showgoers had ample opportunity to get a close look at the latest game releases; more than 20 of the manufacturers represented by Betson spotlighted their wares and offered attractive show specials. Experts from Betson Financial Services and Firestone Financial were available to meet with customers to discuss the many financing options that Betson Orlando offers.

The two days of festivities wrapped up with a drawing for two handsome prizes: trips to the Bahamas and Puerto Rico. The lucky winners were Game Tech's Chuck Lewis and A1 Vending's David Wright.

Headquartered in Carlstadt, NJ, Betson Enterprises now has 12 distribution offices nationwide. In business for more than 75 years, it is a leading distributor of coin-operated amusement and vending equipment, parts and service in the U.S.
