HYPOLUXO, FL -- Benchmark Games is readying two new products and the next generation Tickets to Prizes system for debut at the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions show in Orlando, FL. The innovations will be on display in Benchmark's booth Nos. 515 and 516 at the IAAPA Attractions Expo from Nov. 13 through 16 at the Orange County Convention Center.

The company reports that it has built on the standard two-player Monster Drop and the Monster Drop X-treme by developing a third model, Monster Drop Single Player. The new single version was developed entirely with smaller amusement locations in mind. Many of these facilities -- skate centers, bowling centers and laser tag arenas -- do not have the budgets or the space for a larger version of Monster Drop, Benchmark noted.

"Try to remember what Slam-A-Winner did for smaller facilities when it was first released," suggested Benchmark national accounts sales manager Rich Long. "Monster Drop Single will raise the income bar at these locations."

Also slated for rollout at the IAAPA show is the newest member of the Pop It game family. The midsize two-player version of the durably popular Pop It series will be on display for the first time.

Recognizing that the cost and size of the two X-treme models may be prohibitive for smaller facilities for which the standard unit may be a bit too small, Benchmark has engineered the new two-player model to deliver "plenty of presence and pop."

"For locations looking to maximize their bang for their buck -- no pun intended -- this new game will deliver high excitement and high income," predicted Benchmark director of international sales Frank Ballouz.

Also new at the IAAPA show will be Benchmark's "next-gen" Tickets to Prizes redemption prize vender. With valuable input from operators of Benchmark's Tickets to Prizes system, "we were able to create a whole new look and add a number of new features," reported Benchmark lead engineer Steve Corso. "This new product will benefit current users of Tickets to Prizes, as well as new locations receiving their first unit."
