BUFFALO, NY -- New from Barron Games International is Quad Air Jr., a downsized air hockey game based on the manufacturer's original full-size table for two to four players.

Junior is a package especially designed for younger air hockey enthusiasts. Its 60" x 60" footprint and 26.5" height trims a full 18" off the playfield dimensions and 9.5" off the height of the standard-size Quad Air, bringing the excitement of four-player air hockey within the reach of children, even small ones.

"It's a smaller version of the Quad Air that fits both children and adults," said Barron's Greg Bacorn. "Although it fits children, it is not just a child's table. It's also perfect for locations that have space limitations. All said, it's an elegant sizing solution."

The new table provides all the features found on the full-size Quad Air, including sturdy construction, an LED scoring display embedded in the scratch-resistant polycarbonate playfield, play options for two, three or four players, and a USB port for transferring custom music or advertising. The game, which comes with a standard cute jungle animal theme adorning the playfield and sides, can be fully customized to match location decor or styling.

Quad Air Jr. joins another small hockey package, Air Ride, which Barron introduced in November. | SEE STORY
