SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- The multifunction Apriva Wallet mobile commerce platform has been chosen for inclusion in the Electronic Transaction Association's Technology Product Showcase at its annual conference and exposition, set for the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas next week.

As part of the showcase, scheduled for April 18 at 12:30 p.m., Apriva will conduct an in-depth demonstration of Apriva Wallet from the event's main stage. "The ETA Technology Product Showcase is a high-profile event that gives audience members detailed demonstrations of next-generation technologies that enable providers to increase revenue and improve efficiency," said Stacey Finley Tappin, Apriva's vice-president of sales and marketing.

The Scottsdale, AZ, provider of end-to-end wireless transactions and secure information solutions released Apriva Wallet early this year. The technology-neutral, cloud-based mobile commerce platform supports magnetic stripe plus proximity wireless NFC and EMV payment technologies, and can integrate with more than 30 payment-processing platforms, as well as financial institutions and wireless carriers.

Apriva Wallet's features include loyalty programs, location-based mobile marketing solutions that incorporate advertising, couponing and social media, and intuitive opt-in and redemption capabilities. It offers merchants a number of back-office reporting and analytics capabilities, and can securely store consumer identification cards, including driver licenses and other ID forms.

In addition to participating in the showcase, Apriva will exhibit some of its POS and mobile commerce solutions at ETA, which runs from April 17 through 19, in booth No. 132. These include its AprivaPay mobile payment solution that is compatible with iPhone, Android, Windows Mobile and BlackBerry devices, along with browser-based phones. The company also will demonstrate its wireless payment gateway services that support vending machines.
