Allstar Launches Angry Birds Flat Items, Expands 1" Lines

Now available from Allstar Vending are Angry Birds stickers and tattoos, celebrating the mobile game that has become an international smash hit. The new line was developed under another exclusive license acquisition by Allstar Vending, made in the wake of the company's WWE sticker and tattoo success.

Angry Birds was first released for the iPhone in 2009. Players use a slingshot to launch vengeful birds against rapacious pigs. With a combined 300 million downloads across all platforms, Angry Birds is said to be the largest mobile application success the world has seen so far.

"Angry Birds is a great brand, one that we are proud to represent," said Adam Dorfman, president of Allstar Vending. "Its popularity across all platforms is colossal, and we are confident these products will be great sellers." Twelve colorful stickers and 10 tattoos are available in the series; Allstar recommends a vend price of 50¢.

New for bulk vending, just in time for school. are two 1" capsuled toy lines. The first is Elastomen, stretchable and squishable stick figures sure to appeal to collectors. They come in assorted colors, and feature a wide variety of expressions from love-struck and silly to sad and mischievous. Suggested vend price is 25¢.

Allstar also is offering new 1" Mini Glow Sticks in response to requests from customers impressed by the popularity of the 2" chemiluminescent Glow Mix.

"Kids and teens love toys that glow," said Allstar vice-president Sharon Shlien. "Our glow mix is one of our biggest staple items." The new 2" mini sticks, in neon pink and yellow colors, are offered in two formats: one stick per capsule at 25¢, and two per capsule for 50¢.
