Accent Food Services Acquires Nevada's Java Pro's

PFLUGERVILLE, TX -- Accent Food Services said it has acquired Java Pro's, a provider of office pantry and coffee services in the Reno-Sparks, NV, metropolitan area. The acquisition is AFS's sixth in 2017 and the third in Nevada. AFS has expanded its geographic reach to several states through a string of acquisitions over the past six months. | READ MORE

Java Pro's will become part of AFS's refreshment solutions platform in its new High Sierra Division. The operation's founder, Terry Kent, will have "a key leadership position," according to AFS.

"This segment is a critical component to our service model and we are excited to incorporate a best-in-class operation," said AFS president Josh Rosenberg.

Headquartered in Pflugerville, TX, Accent Food Services now operates vending, micromarkets and coffee service in Texas, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Louisiana and Washington, DC. The company is owned by Boston-based Audax Private Equity.
