WAKEFIELD, MA - A&B Vending Co. Inc. has announced the acquisition of CC Vending, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Bottling Co. of Northern New England based in Laconia, NH.

"CCNNE made a strategic decision to exits the full-line vending business," said  A&B partners Ed and John Dooley. "They will, however, continue to engage in full-service beverage vending, in locations that were not part of the CC Vending transaction.

"This acquisition will enable us to better serve our existing New Hampshire clients," the Dooleys explained. Laconia is situated in the center of the state, north of the capital, Concord.
