WILKES-BARRE, PA -- A. Rifkin Co. notes that operations with multiple offices or branches can reduce costs substantially by consolidating and rationalizing the movement of mail among them. Rifkin's Trans-Sac line is designed to contribute to this improvement in efficiency.

Trans-Sac mail pouches are designed for repeated reuse; they are made of durable woven nylon with water-resistant urethane coating and heavy-duty nylon zippers. Approved for U.S. Postal Service and courier handling, Rifkin Trans-Sacs are offered in seven standard sizes, each with a built-in framed window that accommodates a reversible address tag. Many colors are available, and the bags can be custom imprinted. Unlike paper envelopes, which are used once and thrown away, Trans-Sacs are immediately returned to service.

"By consolidating mail and using color-coded department or branch location bags, Trans-Sacs allow companies to reduce postage expense as well as increase the sorting speed and delivery efficiency of inter-office and inter-department mail," Rifkin explained.

Long known in the vending industry for its line of reusable fabric money transport bags, Rifkin also produces a wide range of courier, dispatch and service items and a GPS asset-tracking system. The company has been in business since 1892, and has been a consistent innovator of bag security features including locks and seals.

A. Rifkin Co. is headquartered at 1400 Sans Souci Pkwy., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18706, tel. (800) 458-7300, fax (800) 825-8284.
