2018 International Games & Amusement Fair Opens July 6 In China

WUHAN, China — The 5th China International Game and Amusement Fair will get underway at the International Expo Center in Wuhan, the most populous city in central China from July 6 through 8. It is being held in conjunction with the 2018 China International Culture & Entertainment Industry Expo.

The event will showcase all kinds of indoor and online electronic games and amusement machines, games ranging from stimulation through animation to virtual reality, vending machines and more. Exhibits will include products for amusement facilities in parks, inflatables, waterpark rides and theme park equipment. Also on display will be puzzle toys and equipment for childrens’ parks.

The first GAF was staged in 2014 with the goal of fostering the home game and amusement industry and promoting market standardization. The show has grown rapidly; the 2017 GAF occupied an exhibit area of 50,000 sq.m. (about 532,200 sq.ft.), an increase of 100% over the 2016 event space, and the number of exhibitors increased by 78% to 318.
