GREELEY, CO -- Quench Beverage & Snack Co. has launched a service request feature on its website. Customers can visit the site to report machines requiring service, or to request specific items.
Owner and service manager Dave Carpenter explained that "We wanted to add the feature on our website as a convenience factor for our existing customers and potential new customers.
"We aim for 100% satisfaction with our customers," he added. "With Quench, our customers know they are receiving the best, and that's something you just don't see big corporations do."
The new feature allows patrons to enter their names, email addresses, phone numbers, products requests and additional comments. After clicking "submit," customers can expect a prompt response from the owner. Carpenter noted that he responds to requests in 24 hours or less.
"The vending service requests go personally to me," he reported. He then turns them over to the appropriate company representative for action.
"We like to get things done quickly around here," Carpenter emphasized, "and I'm a firm believer that staying as involved as I can in the company is the best way to accomplish that goal."
Vending service is Carpenter's business, and his passion. He maintains a blog about the latest trends and technology enhancements in the vending industry on the Quench company website. The blog has featured posts that range from an Italian pizza vendor that prepares products to order before vending them, to the advent of a cold drink machine that sells beer to rugby football fans in Argentina, if they tackle it hard enough. The blog also covers more mainstream industry news, and provides occasional maintenance tips for hobbyist vendors.
Carpenter started running a snack and cold drink vending route more than 17 years ago. Quench recently expanded its service area to include Denver, after building a regional reputation in the Greeley, Fort Collins, Loveland and Windsor markets.
