PHOENIX -- The National Bulk Vendors Association has announced a new look for the bulk vending pavilion at next year's Amusement Expo.
The 2013 Amusement Expo, scheduled for the Las Vegas (NV) Convention Center from March 20 through 22 (Wednesday through Friday), will host the collocated NBVA trade show for the third consecutive year. The NBVA exhibit is being redesigned to heighten the visibility of the bulk vending exhibits.
According to NBVA administrator Amy Contré, the new layout will be easier for visitors to traverse, improving traffic flow and encouraging better exhibits.
"In 2012, we had a block of 50 booths, five rows with 10 booths each," Contré recalled. The number of booths will remain the same next year, but they will be laid out with an internal aisle and provision for more corner exhibits.
Contré added that the NBVA pavilion will shift from Hall N4 to Halls 1 and N1.1. She predicted that this move will make it easier for showgoers to access both the registration booth and the show floor. Moreover, the NBVA lounge will return next year, providing a quiet place for participants to relax and converse.
Amusement Expo is jointly sponsored by the Amusement and Music Operators Association and the American Amusement Machine Association, which have consolidated their separate trade shows. This year's collocated NBVA component drew 270 visitors. | SEE STORY
