CHICAGO -- Zone 8 Beverages, a new company focused on producing "culturally relevant" beverages, has introduced a line of tea and juice blends.
Made with premium, natural ingredients, the Zone 8 line has four flavor varieties that can be served hot or cold: agua de Jamaica hibiscus tea, which appeals to the growing Hispanic population; honey lemon tea; red rooibos pomegranate tea; and black tea.
Packaged in 16.9-fl.oz. plastic bottles, the teas contain zero to 88 calories per serving and have a $1.99 suggested retail price.
Zone 8 said its product line appeals to members of the millennial demographic, who have an ethnically diverse network of friends, are "native label readers" and are well educated about food and its importance to good health.
