LOS ANGELES -- HUMAN Healthy Vending said it's now offering its franchisees a turnkey healthy micromarket program.
The nationwide healthy vending franchisor described its micromarket model as a "natural foods store integrated seamlessly into an office space," in a recent press release, but didn't elaborate on the details.
Separately, the company said it expanded into 73 new markets in 18 states over the past three months, including Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Montana, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
In other news, HUMAN's touchscreen machines now feature mobile payment technology that allows users to store monetary and credit card value on their mobile phones, which allows cashless payments at the point of sale.
The company offers a loyalty program that allows consumers to access the record of their previous purchases, bundle sales, gain insight into similar products and access exclusive coupons and promotions.
HUMAN also announced that it has expanded its coaching offerings for franchisees beyond the access they already have to in-the-field, live video tech support with a new program that connects franchisees that are in similar stages of their business through monthly live video and in-person meetings.
