ATLANTA -- Coca-Cola Refreshments is suing USA Technologies Inc. for almost $1 million in fees it claims the cashless vending provider collected from Coke vending machines after the two companies severed ties two years ago, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

CCR -- Coca-Cola's North American bottling arm -- charges in its suit that Malvern, PA-based USA Technologies failed to disconnect its card readers on Coke vending machines and continued to collect monthly fees, even though it was no longer processing transactions.
