EAST LANSING, MI -- The National Automatic Merchandising Association and Michigan State University will offer the next installment of NAMA's Executive Development Program from Oct. 21 to 25 (Sunday-Thursday) on the MSU campus here.
The curriculum is designed teach decision-makers in finance, marketing, operations and human resources how to cut costs and increase revenue and profits. It covers everything from successfully integrating today’s technology to developing personal action plans and business strategies. Participants also spend time brainstorming with other industry leaders through classroom discussion and participation in interactive case studies.
More than 400 professionals in the vending and coffee service industry have completed the NAMA Executive Development Program to date.
Dr. Bonnie Knutson, an authority on emerging lifestyle trends and creative marketing strategies, is among several faculty speakers. Vending industry experts include Geoff Paul, president of Excelso Coffee Co. (Norcross, GA), and Dr. Ray Schmidgall, Hilton Hotels professor of hospitality financial management and the School of Hospitality Business's accounting and financial management expert.
