TROY, MI -- 365 Retail Markets reports that FreedomPay (Radnor, PA) has been added as a preferred payments partner, widening the range of options available for its 365SmartHUB payment centers. Using the platform, operators of 365's micromarket locations now can integrate self-checkout payments with a location's existing FreedomPay deployment.
The FreedomPay system enables a subscriber to establish an online account, and then use a key fob or company badge incorporating FreedomPay's RFID contactless technology to store account balances and make purchases through the 365 SmartHub suite of products.
"365 is always looking for ways to expand the methods of payment on our payment centers," said chief executive Joseph Hessling. "We felt that FreedomPay's excellent reputation within the industry and market-leading customer base was a perfect fit for us. We look forward to introducing micromarkets to FreedomPay's customers."
The company's 365SmartShop is a proprietary turnkey self-service micromarket designed to enable operators to increase sales, improve the customer experience and increase profits while decreasing operating costs.
