STOUGHTON, MA -- Next Generation Vending LLC has promoted information technology specialist Don Bates to information technology director.
Bates will lead the full-line vending company's IT team, working closely with its operations and corporate staff to improve access to data and automation of processes. The IT department enhancements will support Next Gen's new vending and micromarket services.
"Don has a proven track record within our industry and in our company as he has managed the rollout and integration of a majority of our vending technology," said John Hickey, Next Generation Vending's vice-president of operations. "This will be a smooth and transparent transition, as Don has already been performing many of the associated duties of the role."
