McGoey will direct the financial activities of the association and its educational foundation, including planning, reporting, analysis, treasury management and information technology. He succeeds Patrick Caffarelli, who held senior-level finance posts at NAMA since 1997.
McGoey comes to NAMA from L. Craven & Sons (Melrose Park, IL). His previous career has included 15 years with M&M Mars in New Jersey and Illinois, as well as service with Dole Foods and Chiquita Brands. He also was chief financial officer for the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago.
A graduate of Southern Connecticut State University (New Haven), McGoey earned a master's in business administration and finance at the University of Dayton (OH).
