Namco America Reports Triple Turn Redemption Game Is Set To Ship

Namco Triple Turn, coin game ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL -- Namco America said its Triple Turn ticket-dispensing redemption piece has entered production.

The amusement machine manufacturer says Triple Turn's concept is straightforward: The player pushes a lever down to release a ball that falls toward as many as three rotating "gears," cogwheel-shaped turntables.

Play is initiated by aiming the ball at one of three tubes, each a different color, and launching it. Each tube guides the ball onto the rotating gear of the same color. The gears are perforated to permit a ball to fall through, so a ball landing on the first gear may drop through it onto the second, and a very lucky ball may drop through that one too, and onto the final one. If a ball lands in the "3 Ball" opening, three additional balls are delivered to the playfield.

The first gear provides the chance to win the lowest-value tickets; the second offers mid-value tickets and the final gear can deliver high-value ones, as well as enabling a chance to win the jackpot.

Namco America observed that Triple Turn is simple enough to appeal to children, and sufficiently engaging to spur repeat play by the whole family. Additional information may be requested by calling (847) 264-5610.
