INOVA, Tracy Sarris

HERSHEY, PA -- Created in 2010 as a side venture by management and marketing pro Tracy Sarris, INOVA is now a full-fledged company serving business and nonprofit organizations. The management and marketing company is based here, and its founder is president.

For the past two years two years, Sarris was the marketing and communications director at Alpha-Omega Amusements & Sales, whose principals are Frank Seninsky, Joe Camarota and Jerry Merola. She is now leaving the amusement company, but has added it to INOVA's growing client list.

“My role is to help organizations create greater value through innovation that produces profitability and sustainability," Sarris said. “I appreciate the support of my current industry clients who have helped me to achieve my goal of becoming an independent business owner."

Sarris founded INOVA three years ago when her position as president of the International Association for the Leisure and Entertainment Industry ended after IALEI folded into the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions.

"It has always been my goal to build INOVA to a point where I could use my time and experience to offer consulting services to help clients move their business forward," Sarris said.

With Alpha-Omega as a key client for its marketing services, INOVA is hitting the ground running. Other clients include QNC Inc., maker of Quik n' Crispy greaseless fryers, and Laserforce International, a laser tag company. In addition to marketing and public relations, INOVA's business and nonprofit advisory services range from strategy development, market research and sales, to event planning and membership management. It specializes in association startups.

Alpha-Omega's principals praised Sarris's analytical abilities, business acumen and hands-on experience.

"Her ability to examine each issue from every possible perspective and then present us with several potential solutions has greatly enhanced our overall operation," said Joe Camarota, Alpha-Omega chief operating officer.

Frank Seninsky added, "Tracy quickly zeros in on what needs to be done and then exceeds my expectations. Each assignment has been completed on time, and our clients enjoy working with her."

INOVA is online at inovamanagementsolutions.com. Sarris can be reached at (717) 533-1945.
