NEW YORK CITY -- Manhattan is getting back on its feet and the 5th annual Big Buck World Championship is moving forward. The event will be held at the Altman Building in New York City on Friday, Nov. 9, and Saturday, Nov.10, as planned.
Seeing the devastation in the wake of Hurricane Sandy, we are all sensitive to the plight of the area's residents. Our industry friends especially have suffered great losses, including bar and arcade owners along the Jersey Shore, as well as operators and distributor employees residing in the New Jersey and New York area. We want to make our presence in New York a positive experience for everyone involved.
What can we all do to help?
Raw Thrills will be accepting donations to the Red Cross. In fact, Raw Thrills will match 100% of the first $50,000 of donations.
Please come to the World Championship ready to give a little back to a region that has been through so much. Let's be good neighbors and do our part to help the people in need. Bring your checks made out to the Red Cross and we'll take it from there.
If you cannot attend the World Championship and would like to donate, please send checks payable to the Red Cross to:

The 2012 Big Buck World Championship is moving to New York City after being held in Chicago for the past four years. The Altman Building in lower Manhattan, which had its power restored late last week, will host the first tournament final to be played on the new Big Buck HD.
