WASHINGTON -- Unified Strategies Group said it is conducting a series of seminars for its members Nov. 2-4 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Washington, DC.
USG's seminars, running concurrently with NAMA's CTW show, will focus on how increased rebate earnings and purchasing power can help USG members can achieve a more competitive cost of goods. The purchasing cooperative will detail its PurchasePower and Performance Central programs. Other topics will include a review of USG's website and supplier programs.

All seminars are open to USG members and are free. There is no registration. USG will hold its seminars during the times allocated for educational sessions in the same area of the conference center as the CTW sessions.
For the micromarket segment, USG provides incremental rebates as well as end-consumer promotions. A seminar will be devoted to an overview of its Micromarket Merchandising Roadmap initiative through which USG and nine product manufacturers are conducting an analysis of product movement, product selection, category layout and market layout.
