OAKBROOK, IL -- At a recent investor's conference, TreeHouse Foods chief executive Sam Reed said his company could replicate Keurig Green Mountain's next-generation K-Cup technology in less than a year, Motley Fool reported.

TreeHouse, which makes Keurig-compatible pods, sued Keurig earlier this year, charging the patented technology on its soon-to-launch Keurig 2.0 brewer was designed to lock out competitors' products. | SEE STORY
